• Thank you for choosing The Big Dark Ring Company! I strive to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Please take few minutes to review the following points for shipping time frames and returns parameters.

• All rings are made to order and can take 3-7 days to create. This time frame does not include shipping.

• Delivery typically in 5-7 business days (for lower 48). Shipping time frames to Hawaii and Alaska can fluctuate.   
• Please note: shipping time frames are estimates
• After a shipment has left our facility we are happy work with the selected shipping company but we are not responsible for any additional delays in transit time for goods to reach their final destination. These delays can be caused by holidays, weather, time of year or other unforeseen events. Rest assured we will do our best to help.

Delivery Policy:

• Typically packages will be left at your door or mailbox and do not require a signature.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

• Once an order is placed, the customer will receive and order confirmation with the sales order number. 
• When crafting of your ring is completed, a second email will be sent which will include your shipping confirmation and tracking.
